Does the clock need Wi-Fi?
No. The Clock does not need Wi-Fi to operate.
Only connect the clock to Wi-Fi if you wish to add new audio, update the software, control your smart home, or have time and date setup automatically.
Does it need power?
The clock is powered by USB-C.
It has a built-in backup battery that will last between 12-24 hours, depending on usage.
What is bluelight?
When we talk about bluelight we refere to the light emitting from tradiotnal phone-, computer-, and TV screens. The light emitting from those devices are emitting cool toned light and this tricks your brain into thinking that it's midday since the sun and sky emits similar light during midday.
This is your circadian rhythm being messed with.
