Return policy
The Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) applies to purchases on this website.
Complaint & defect
As our customer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months - for faults that were present when you received the product, or the cause of the fault was present.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can get the item replaced. You need to send your complaint to support@habity.design within "easonable time after you discover the fault.
Returning an item
We will cover the shipping costs for the return of good related to a complaint, defect, and/or guarantee.
Please reach out to support@habity.design when returning a faulty item. Our customer service will help you handle the complaint and create a return label.
Ideally, we receive the item in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure to pack the item securely. Note, that we reserve the right to deduct a small amount from your return corresponding to the condition of the product if the above is not observed.
Right of cancellation & refund
You have a 14-day right of cancellation on items purchased on our webshop.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received the item. We should be notified by mail support@habity.design, our customer service will help you create a return label.
When the item(s) reach the warehouse we will refund the amount through the same payment method used when placing the order.
We recommend that you send the product back in its original shipping package. If the item value is reduced by use, wrong handling, etc., we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
Customs duties & taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees may apply depending on your delivery address. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or refused shipments caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Please note that discount codes can't be used when purchasing gift cards.

By using the website www.habity.design, you agree that we process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We are aware of the need for adequate protection and appropriate processing of your personal data.
Payment
Habity accepts payment with all VISA cards, MasterCards, PayPal, and other. The payment will be processed once your product is shipped unless otehrwise stated. Pre-orders payments will be processed immediately.
All amounts includes VAT.
Habity uses an authorised payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your payment information is safe with us.
Personal data
What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, Birdie needs certain information in order to make purchase agreements with you and provide news and other services to you. The company collects only the personal information that is absolutely necessary.
We need the following information when purchasing an item: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about payment means, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank accounts.
Who do we share personal data with?
Personal information submitted to Habity.design is only disclosed to:
- The company's internal departments
- Selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information in order to deliver goods or services that you have ordered
- Business partners in order to register and maintain your user account.
In order to further develop and improve birdie.design, we collect statistics about how you use the website.
The personal data are registered with Habity Aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We cooperate only with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
As registered with Habity ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Contact us with your inquiries and requests at support@habity.design.
Cookies
This website uses "cookies", which are text files stored on your computer, mobile phone or equivalent for the purpose of recognising it, remembering settings, collecting statistics and targeting ads. Cookies can not contain malicious code such as viruses.

(C) THE LIMITATION OF ANY FUNCTIONS OF THE PRODUCT DUE TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
HABITY APS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER IN RELATION TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. CUSTOMER’S USE OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IS AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK. BIRDIE APS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS OF LOSS AND/OR FRAUD INCURRED RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR CONCLUSIONS DRAWN FROM ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
