Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Køge, Denmark. Packages are shipped with either GLS, UPS, Deutsche Post, Bring, DHL, FedEX or other local shipping companies in your country of residence.

Orders placed before 2:00pm CET are packed and shipped the same day - except weekends & public holidays and/or if our of stock. 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link on email.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees may apply depending on your delivery address. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or refused shipments caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
